Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

For a withdrawal or return to be accepted, the item must be in its original condition:

  • unworn
  • unused
  • unwashed
  • with all tags
  • if possible, in its original packaging

Additionally, a proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation) is required.

Returns

Returns are made exclusively to our central logistics warehouse in China.

The specific return address and detailed instructions will be provided after you contact our customer service.

Returns received without prior declaration of withdrawal or return request cannot be accepted.

The cost of return is borne by the customer, unless the goods were faulty or incorrectly delivered.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us immediately so we can find a solution.


Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

A right of withdrawal does not exist for:

  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal has been removed, in particular
    • Lingerie
    • Underwear
    • comparable close-fitting hygiene articles

Also excluded are:

  • custom-made or personalized items
  • vouchers

Exchanges

A direct exchange is not provided.
The fastest way to get a different item is to return it within the right of withdrawal and place a new order.


European Union – 14-day Right of Withdrawal

For orders within the European Union, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
The above conditions regarding the condition of the goods and the exercise of the right of withdrawal apply accordingly.


Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days via the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Please note that the actual credit may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
