GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)

1. Provider and Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop of

We sell worldwide. For consumers residing in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection regulations of their respective country of residence also apply.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By clicking the button "Order with obligation to pay" you submit a binding purchase offer.

The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm the order by email or dispatch the goods.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices include statutory VAT, if applicable.
Shipping, customs duties or import fees are - unless expressly stated - not included in the price.

The purchase price is due immediately. The available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address you provided.
All stated delivery times are non-binding estimates.

For consumers within the EU, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the customer only upon delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

5.1 Right of Withdrawal Instruction

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you received the goods.

5.2 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email):

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.

5.3 Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event of a withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

5.4 Return

The goods must be returned without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the declaration of withdrawal.

Returns are exclusively to our central logistics warehouse in China.
The exact return address and return instructions will be provided to you after contacting our customer service.

The customer bears the costs of the return, unless the goods are faulty or delivered incorrectly.

5.5 Condition of the Goods

The goods must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.
Any reduction in value is only to be compensated if it is due to handling that goes beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5.6 Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal (Hygiene Articles)

There is no right of withdrawal for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

This applies in particular to:

  • Lingerie

  • Underwear

  • close-fitting hygiene articles

6. International Returns

Longer transit times may occur for returns outside the EU.
Any customs, import, or processing fees related to the return are borne by the customer.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.
Minor, customary deviations (e.g., color differences due to screen display) do not constitute a defect.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health.
In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damages.

9. Intellectual Property

All content in this online shop is protected by copyright.
Any use outside of private, non-commercial use is prohibited without prior consent.

10. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our data protection declaration in the online shop.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Mandatory consumer protection regulations of the country of residence remain unaffected.

For entrepreneurs, the place of jurisdiction is Graz, Austria.
For consumers, the statutory rules of jurisdiction apply.

12. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these GTC be ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
