Shipping & Delivery Times

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
All stated delivery times are non-binding guidelines and are based on experience from previous orders.

Processing Time

Processing time begins on the day the order is received and usually takes 1–3 business days.
Once processing is complete, the order will be shipped.

Shipping Carriers

Depending on the destination country, we work with established shipping partners, including:

  • Germany: DHL

  • Austria: Österreichische Post or DPD

  • Switzerland: Swiss Post or DPD

The shipping carrier is selected automatically.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number.
If tracking does not work or no email has been received, please contact our customer service.


Origin of Goods

All items are shipped directly from our logistics and quality control center in China.
Before shipping, products are inspected to ensure consistent quality.


Customs & Import Duties

Customers will not incur any additional customs or import fees.
All applicable costs are included in the purchase price.
There are no hidden fees upon delivery.


Address Changes

Changes to the delivery address are only possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
Please contact us by email within 24 hours of placing your order.


Cancellations

Cancellations are possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, the right of withdrawal regulations apply.


Delays

Delays may occur on public holidays, during periods of high order volume, due to customs clearance, or external logistics problems.
If your delivery is significantly outside the stated delivery time, please contact our customer service – we will take care of it.


Damaged Shipments

If a package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse acceptance if possible and contact us immediately.
If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact our customer service to clarify further action.
