murwear is a fashion retailer operating internationally. We serve customers worldwide.

Please note: All orders are dispatched from, and returns are processed at, our warehouse in China (see Section 6).

2. Products and Descriptions

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that the descriptions, images, and specifications of products listed on our website are accurate, truthful, and up to date.

All textile products are labelled in accordance with applicable UK and EU Textile Products (Labelling and Fibre Composition) Regulations. Our supply chain is subject to ongoing quality controls. Product images represent the actual items sold. Descriptions accurately reflect size, colour, composition, and intended use.

Any product described as being made of a specific material is correctly labelled under applicable legislation.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are stated in GBP (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. Prices may change at any time but will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment must be made in full at checkout. We accept major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and any other secure payment methods displayed on the murwear website.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed before purchase.

For returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, murwear will cover return postage if the return is initiated according to our policy (see Section 6).

5. Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, customers in the UK or EU have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods, without giving any reason.

To cancel, notify us by email at murwearshop@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, murwear will provide a prepaid return label. For all other cancellations, customers must arrange and pay for return postage.

Refunds will be issued once the goods have been returned and inspected (see Section 6).

A cancellation notice will be provided with every order as required by law.

6. Returns and Refunds

murwear offers a 30-day return policy in addition to your legal rights.

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided:

  • Items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition (unless faulty or damaged)

  • Original packaging is included where possible

  1. Email us at murwearshop@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for return

  3. If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will issue a prepaid return label

  4. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping

Non-Returnable Items

There are no excluded product categories. Sale items, gift cards, and personal care products may all be returned provided return conditions are met.

Items returned damaged, used, or outside the return period may be refused or refunded partially.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been inspected, we will notify you by email and process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to credit the funds.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please contact us as soon as possible at murwearshop@gmail.com (ideally within 7 days of delivery). We will arrange return shipping at no cost to you.

8. Legal Compliance

murwear complies with all applicable UK and EU consumer protection legislation, including:

  • Consumer Rights Act 2015

  • Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

  • Textile Products Labelling Regulations

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

murwear is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be published on our website. Continued use of murwear constitutes acceptance of any changes.
