30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and usually appear within 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 7 business days after approval:

Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or colour, contact murwearshop@gmail.com.
We will provide instructions for returning the original item and shipping the replacement once the return is approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact murwearshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos.
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
