Size & Fit

Our origins lie in the world of custom shirts, and our goal of creating the perfect shirt is guided by this tradition. Every shirt in the Zip Fit line meets the same quality and standard requirements. By selling directly to our customers, we can charge half the cost compared to retail stores.

* Note: Our shirts fit snugly. If you prefer freedom of movement, choose one size larger!

Sizing Notes (ordered by importance)

1. For lean or athletic men without additional abdominal weight: Base your size selection on your chest circumference. NOTE: Your chest size corresponds to US sport coat size (e.g., 42R = 42-inch chest circumference).

2. For a little more weight at the waist: First, check if the shirt fits at the waist/middle. Note that the shirt tapers at this point. NOTE: The "waistline" refers not to belt or pant size, but to the area around your navel.

3. For a looser fit, choose one size larger if you don't want the shirt to be too tight. A slightly oversized shirt in the chest area with a fitted waist is not a problem. It will still look good.

4. Keep in mind that these are not business shirts, so the collar and sleeves do not need to fit exactly. If you have longer arms and prefer a shirt that fits well on the arms, choose one size larger.

How to Measure

NECK: Measure the circumference of your neck where the collar of a standard shirt would attach.

CHEST: Measure the circumference of your chest at its widest point, horizontally under your arms.

WAIST: Measure your waist circumference at its narrowest point, often above your navel.

HIPS: Measure your hip circumference at the widest part of your buttocks.

SLEEVE: Measure from the prominent neck bone, over the shoulder and bent elbow, to the middle of your wrist.
